The in-home measure is free and carries no obligation whatsoever. We measure every room, assess what sits beneath the existing floor, and leave samples with you overnight. Seeing a plank in your own light matters more than most people expect.
You then receive one written figure covering material, labor, subfloor preparation, and disposal of the old floor. That figure holds through completion unless demolition uncovers structural damage nobody could reasonably have anticipated beforehand.
Tell us which rooms are involved and roughly how many square feet. That is genuinely enough information for us to schedule a visit and provide a useful indication before we arrive.

Hours
Our office hours are Mon to Thu 8am to 5pm, Fri 8am to 12pm. We reply to every inquiry the same working day it arrives, and anything arriving outside those hours receives a call the next working morning. Commercial projects can be scheduled overnight or at weekends where the phasing requires it.
Areas We Cover
We install throughout Savannah and Chatham County. Downtown and the historic neighborhoods include the Landmark Historic District, the Victorian District, Ardsley Park, and Gordonston. The island communities include The Landings, Isle of Hope, Wilmington Island, and Dutch Island. We also cover Southbridge, and Habersham Woods on identical terms.
Each of those neighborhoods has its own page describing the substrate, the access constraints, and the moisture conditions we genuinely encounter there. The technical problems differ considerably between them, which is precisely why we assess every property individually.
If your address is not on that list, call anyway, because we almost certainly cover it. Travel is built into the quoted figure rather than added afterward as a separate mileage line. There is no charge for the visit itself.
